Coolum Vietnam Support Group (CVSG)

CVSG is a supported mission of the Coolum Beach Baptist Church

CVSG is a NON Profit AID Mission with a difference, as:

- We pay our own way: flights, accommodation, the lot;

-    We personally deliver and disburse all funds - i.e. we personally meet the children before they receive educational support;

-    We visit the schools and meet the children every year and receive progress reports;

-    We support and visit the Peace Orphanage in Saigon on a regular basis;

-    We meet with local charity organisations (i.e. Saigon Times Foundation, Company of Grace, Touch a Life) and select aid projects (pregnant women and orphan shelters);

-    We pay medical expenses to help students/disabled people to improve their quality of life;

-    We report our progress from Vietnam - i.e. via e-mail, blog or Facebook;

-    We write a final report upon returning to Australia;

-    We stretch the $$$ further as we do NOT PAY salaries, administration fees or commissions.
